The "Union Yalta" will not be changed to the re-entry. The boards of Directors of the national old-age insurance (CNAV) Fund, the National Fund for family allowances (IMAGINEZ) and the Central Agency for social security organizations (Acoss) must be renewed in the first half of October. But Medef already advised that he should not return here, to the IMAGINEZ or the CNAV. The employers ' organisation had left the social security funds five years after the conflict on the financing of the 35 hours. The Medef returned to the fall of 2004 to Medicare, for the benefit of reform Douste-Blazy, then last year, the Central Agency for social security organizations (Acoss). The option is not completely closed but it is given later.
FO remains without portfolio
In the meantime, the CNAV and the IMAGINEZ councils have been renewed, and the Presidency of these two cases should remain in the respective fold GSC and the CFTC. Daničle Karniewicz (GSC), President of the CNAV, should see its mandate renewed, as its management has previously praised by the social partners. IMAGINEZ, Nicole Prud'homme should be replaced by Jean-Louis Deroussen, Deputy Secretary-General of the CFTC. Also the absence of the Medef, these balances have no reason to be changed because the CFDT remains at the head of Medicare and the Unedic. FO has not signed the agreement on unemployment insurance which could allow him to run for the head of the Unedic, and is therefore without portfolio. But the Government has muted his desire to see the power of Jean-Claude Mailly retrieve the Presidency of a joint body.
The only real uncertainty concerns the Acoss. Pierre Burban (UPA) is a candidate for his succession, with the support of most of the unions of employees who know him wishes of the House during the absence of the CGPME and Medef. But the organization chaired by Laurence Parisot has indicated that she was seeking a candidate to run the Office in its ranks. For the time being, people with this profile are however not Legion. And Pierre Burban is willing to deal with the Medef, who could get a number of presidencies to Urssaf, including here where school leavers are not, or cannot, to represent.
